Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We may verify age and suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2) Social casino only (virtual coins)

The Service provides entertainment games using virtual coins/credits. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not prizes of real-world value.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, risk, or security reasons.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, unauthorised scripts, or reverse engineering.
• Account selling/sharing, multi-accounting to gain unfair advantage, or coin trafficking.
• Harassment, illegal content, fraud, or interfering with Service operations.

5) Game rules & odds

Each game is governed by its in-game rules. Outcomes may be determined by random number generation or other stated mechanics. Past results do not predict future outcomes. We do not guarantee availability of any game, feature, or virtual item.

6) Content & intellectual property

We own or license the Service, including software, artwork, logos, and game content. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful entertainment purposes only. If you submit content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and use it to operate the Service.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to NZD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited under New Zealand law.

9) Disputes

Please contact us first and we will try to resolve concerns promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Service; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
